Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this role is to assist the manufacturing facilities in their pursuit of Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation of the Integer Production System.
• Responsibilities include facilitating lean workshops, developing continuous improvement plans, helping sites implement improvement plans, providing guidance on keys for sustained results, and providing lean training as an enabler to promote a continuous improvement culture.

Salary

Base: $97,500 - $143,000; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours holidays, paid time off
