Job Summary

  • Manage, implement, and facilitate Quality Assurance, ISO, and Continuous Improvement programs within the plant.
  • Oversee inspection, testing, nonconformance processes, third‑party audits, and the Quality Management System while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams to drive quality excellence.
  • Partner with manufacturing to develop quality plans for new products and proactively identify potential process issues.

  • Hands-on wire and cable industry experience preferred
