Key Requirements

  • Active and advanced Law student
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or all coursework finished
  • Active student in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Active student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR or related fields
  • Active student in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong customer service, communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Interest in HR processes and employee interactions
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality and strong organizational skills
  • Interest in learning multi-country payroll within a multinational environment
  • English B2 (Portuguese or French B2 desirable)
  • Strong communication, organization and proactive mindset
