The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing and reporting any errors or reactions.
The role requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other staff and participating in quality assurance programs to improve the medication process.
