  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years telecom/IT operations experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale U.S. government agencies
  • Ability to support 24x7x365 operations
  • Experience managing PWS-required network reporting
  • Experience leading tech refresh cycles
  • Experience overseeing SD-WAN rollouts
  • Experience managing monitoring tools
  • Experience supporting transition-in/transition-out
  • 10+ years developing network architectures
  • 10+ years planning, implementing, and managing network infrastructure
  • 10+ years leading network modernization projects
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, routing protocols, VoIP/SIP/PBX, firewalls, VPNs, AWS/Azure cloud networking
  • Demonstrated leadership mentoring network engineers
  • Experience improving MTTR, change failure rate, operational cost efficiency
  • Experience with NIST SP 800-53/RMF, Zero Trust/TIC 3.0, FedRAMP, ATO sustainment
  • Leadership experience in multi-vendor/SIAM environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or IT (or 4 additional years of experience)
