  • To advise and support people managers by providing a first class, business focused operational HR service in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide practical and effective employee relations advice across the site to Line Managers and colleagues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Responsible for payroll, ensuring all monthly payroll data is accurate, and maintaining clear audit trails for all HR records in accordance with GDPR regulations.
