The Country Leader will serve as a strategic business partner and member of the Global Shared Services Leadership Team, contributing to the company's business strategy, direction, and overall success.
This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of the Manila Shared Services team, including leadership of local operations such as HR, Finance, and Facility Management, supporting a growing workforce of over 350 individuals.
The incumbent will provide leadership both directly to the site employees along with indirectly globally to ensure business targets are met through the implementation of company values and foster a culture of continuous improvement and strong engagement.
