• The Litigation Attorney represents judges, magisterial district judges, court administrators, and other judicial officials and agencies in lawsuits arising from their official duties.
• The position offers flexibility to be based in either Philadelphia or Harrisburg, and the selected candidate may be eligible to telework up to two days per week after completing required training and demonstrating a secure internet connection.
