Job Summary

  • Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations including but not limited to allegations of harassment, discrimination, accommodation, and retaliation and prepare all required documentation.
  • Provide effective service, support, consultation, and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues, involving employees of all levels, through informed application of Air Liquide policies programs, procedures, and state/federal/provincial laws.
  • Develops, updates as needed and executes effective training tools, and supports or conducts training for HRBP and leaders in the employee relations area.
