Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years automotive experience
  • Prior experience assigning work to unionized hourly workforce
  • Fundamental understanding of PLC logic and controls
  • Familiarity with FIS and Maximo
