Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
at least 2 years in a senior role
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within an Agile framework
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Software Engineering, Information Systems or other Technical degree
