The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, reporting changes in resident condition promptly, and cooperating with facility personnel to meet resident needs.
