The role involves completing monthly nursing schedules, coordinating variances with the Director of Nursing Services, and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and certifications.
Employees must be willing to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays, and may be subject to call-backs during emergency conditions.
