Job Summary

  • Provide central departmental support by resolving FCA system issues, handling queries, and working closely with the Head of Department’s PAs and the Director’s PA to ensure smooth operations, adequate coverage, and a consistent point of contact.
  • Ensure divisional communication channels are kept up to date, including intranet content and information flow, while gaining practical insight into the functioning of wholesale markets and the FCA’s evolving approach.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays; Hybrid model where employees work a minimum of 40% in the office each month; Non-contributory pension (8–12% depending on age) and life assurance at eight times your salary.
