Job Summary

  • We are looking for a data-driven Principal Product Manager to join our HCM Product team, responsible for evaluating data trends within Workday HCM to identify business opportunities and influence our long-term product roadmap.
  • Key responsibilities include using quantitative and qualitative data to influence strategic direction, analyzing complex datasets across HCM modules, and partnering closely with our Data Scientist engineering team.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical data proficiency, product management discipline, and deep Human Resources business acumen, with a strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM highly preferred.
