This role works closely with Site Maintenance Managers, Technicians, Planners, Vendors, and the API Maintenance Lead to deliver compliant, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant and equipment at site.
The Maintenance Support Engineer supports daily planning and scheduling activities, leads equipment problem solving events, and delegates for the Maintenance Manager and Planners during peak periods or vacations.

Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge
Maintenance scheduling and supervision
Plant maintenance systems (e.g. SAP)
GMP and EHS compliance
Equipment problem solving and investigations
Vendor management and liaison
Continuous improvement methodologies
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma experience
Energetic and enthusiastic team player
Excellent communication and analytical skills

Ability to plan and prioritise
Experience in Atex environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline
2+ years relevant maintenance experience
Knowledge of GMP/EHS guidelines and legislation
Experience leading and coaching maintenance teams
Knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
Experience with continuous improvement tools (RCA, FMECA, RBAM)
