The successful candidate will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including preparation for the One Cambridge Campus and evolving global lab strategy.

Base: $238,000.00 - $374,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and sick time
