Airbus Americas Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Transformation Project Officer through its VIE program, targeting young EU professionals under 29 with relevant educational backgrounds and experience. Job Summary
This role provides comprehensive support for Accounting & Transformation projects, assisting the team in managing various project phases focused on the end-to-end (E2E) Digitalization of the Accounting process.
Your main tasks will include coordinating and monitoring Digitalization & Shared Services projects actions by phase, ensuring appropriate pace and plan adherence, and monitoring defined deadlines and deliverables.
You will identify, analyze, and escalate project risks and delays, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate impacts, and provide project communication and organize regular meetings to ensure an effective interface with internal Finance teams, US entities, and external auditors.

Key Requirements
Degree level (Master's or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Project Management or Business Administration
1 to 3 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting or Digitalization projects
European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28
