Job Summary

  • Provide legal guidance to the Law Enforcement Engagement and Response team relating to user data and content takedown requests from governmental entities.
  • Proactively identify areas of risk and compliance gaps in Trust & Safety operations and participate in developing policy, process, and/or product enhancements to address them.
  • Support Discord’s engagement with regulators and policymakers on Trust & Safety issues including law enforcement matters.
