Job Summary

  • The Senior Consultant, Telecommunications role is responsible for providing overall engineering efforts as the voice representative for our voice platforms including MS Teams Voice and its component parts.
  • You will act as a consultant and specialist in the voice telephony space in CIBC, providing incident resolution, solution design, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
