Job Summary
The Senior Consultant, Telecommunications role is responsible for providing overall engineering efforts as the voice representative for our voice platforms including MS Teams Voice and its component parts.
You will act as a consultant and specialist in the voice telephony space in CIBC, providing incident resolution, solution design, and continuous improvement opportunities.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
