Must-have

• Medical Doctor with MD in Preventive Medicine
• 6+ years M&E experience in Indian health programs
• Expertise in Ni-kshay and TB Arogya Saathi platforms
• Quantitative data analysis using SPSS or R
• Knowledge of NTEP guidelines and TPT management

• Experience with digital health tools implementation
• Prior work in private provider engagement models
• Publication record in peer-reviewed public health journals
