ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Remote Desktop Service Support (RDSS) professional to provide Level 2 technical support in a rotating shift environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in desktop support and remote troubleshooting, particularly with Microsoft 365

Job Summary

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Deliver remote technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software installation and upgrade issues through Software Center / CCMCache
