Job Summary

  • The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of delivery drivers to achieve accuracy in a variety of goals including productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations, and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • This role has the primary responsibility for coordinating all delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling operations while working closely with the broader operations team.
