Labcorp is hiring a remote Investigator Support Assistant in Poland to facilitate communication between investigator sites and sponsors while ensuring adherence to project protocols. The role requires customer service experience and fluency in English, as well as one or more additional languages

Job Summary

  • Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds and inform the Supervisor and the associated Project Manager of any delays.
  • Support sites and sponsor with project related questions via phone and email and instill a culture where patient safety is top priority.
