Must-have
10+ years project management experience
Green or brownfield data center projects
Solar project installation and maintenance
M&E critical systems knowledge (UPS, Generator)
ISO standards and document control
Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance
Budget management and cost control
Nice-to-have
LEED accredited professional certification
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with automation and rigging technology
Ability to drive organizational behavioral change
Excellent communication in English
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Architecture
