Job Summary
The Compensation and HRIS Coordinator supports the administration of the compensation program including job description development and salary surveys.
This role partners with Talent Acquisition to develop salaries for employment offers ensuring alignment with market and internal equity.
The position requires assisting with HRIS system upgrades, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and maintaining accurate employee certification records.
