Job Summary
Administers and monitors clinic site and departmental activities, including compliance with CSAT and JCAHO standards, HRA regulations, and OASAS regulations.
Manages the daily operation of the clinic site to ensure efficient and effective delivery of treatment services, including patient assignments, paperwork, and reporting.
Conducts and documents individual supervision meetings, identifies staff deficiencies, and implements mechanisms to improve employee outcomes.
