This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, including analyzing probe/assembly/test variances and driving process improvements through Oracle upgrades.
Candidates must possess at least 12 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting with a proven track record of managing finance teams and ensuring SOX compliance.

Key Requirements
