Job Summary

  • The Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager will plan, administer, and supervise an ongoing environmental, safety, and health program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations at Materion’s largest site.
  • This position leads cross site teams and initiatives and is responsible for all financial aspects of the EHS function including budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years EHS management experience in heavy manufacturing
  • 10+ years experience with federal and state regulatory compliance
  • CSP and/or CIH certification preferred
  • Experience with RCRA corrective action and beryllium exposure mitigation
  • Export compliance eligibility under ITAR and EAR
