The Site PSM leader leads the site’s efforts to identify, understand, and control the hazards inherent in its process via the PSM committee.
Responsibilities include ensuring the site PSM program conforms to IFF standards and regulations, driving PSM culture improvements, and maintaining oversight for site PSM training programs.
The role provides technical support to PSM relevant capital improvements and ensures the site is prepared for audits and inspections.

Key Requirements
Engineering or chemistry degree or equivalent technical degree or experience
Five (5) years ATO/R&D/Technical Consultant, Process Engineer or SHE related experience
