Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
Maintains confidentiality and keeps abreast of regulatory changes, communicating changes appropriately to staff.
