Job Summary
As Senior Operations Manager, you lead Plant 3 (including Hydrogenation) and are accountable for supplying products and documentation in line with EHS2, quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
You coach and develop leaders and teams in day-to-day performance and long-term talent growth.
The plant operates in a 24/7 shift regime; you will be accountable for a team of approximately 100 people.
