The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties in the reception/administrative area.
Essential duties include providing administrative support, checking visitors in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.

Key Requirements
