Key Requirements

  • Current state RN licensure
  • CPR BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience
  • 6 months acute dialysis RN experience
  • Successful completion of FKC education and training
  • Ability to pass Ishihara Color Blindness test
  • Must meet practice requirements in all employed states
