Job Summary

  • The National Pharmacy Business Director (NPBD) is responsible for the supervision and leadership of Retail Pharmacy Account Managers (RAM) within their local geography, managing the retail pharmacy business performance and deployment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • The NPBD will coach the account team to be impactful, consistent, and engaging to build productive relationships with retail pharmacy field leaders, resulting in operationalized pharmacies and sustainable business.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $189,200.00 to $315,400.00, eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Experience with Organized Customers or Retailers
