Job Summary
The Sr Facilities Operations Manager will have the opportunity to be a part of the team shaping the IFM operational model being implemented on a first-generation outsourcing account.
This position will be responsible for providing support for account the Facilities Management teams through oversite of multiple operational and back-office support functions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively contributing to the development of best practices, process re-engineering, and other initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Salary
Base: 100,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay
