Job Summary

  • As a Depot Service Technician, you will begin to explore the mechanical field of robotic repair by providing service for repairable and refurbished parts to support the needs of the field.
  • You will conduct tests of Stryker MAKO Robot systems and components, perform troubleshooting, and assist in identifying improvements in technical service procedures.
  • The role requires upholding quality policies per FDA regulatory guidelines and engaging in continuous learning through manufacturing training and performance progress check-ins.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical troubleshooting of robotic systems
  • Operating hand and power tools
  • Testing electro-mechanical components
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to lift or maneuver up to 65 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with soldering and pinning
  • Knowledge of ESD handling and electrical circuit testing
  • Familiarity with inventory and tracking software

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience conducting mechanical troubleshooting
  • Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree
  • Experience with soldering, pinning, crimping, and electrical testing
