The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and maintaining a positive and calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
Confidentiality of resident information and reporting any incidents, changes, or unauthorized disclosures are critical aspects of this role.
