Job Summary
This role scales QA effectiveness by strengthening automation practices, improving release confidence, and ensuring quality is embedded across the delivery lifecycle.
Define and drive QA automation strategy aligned with CRD and CRPM objectives and lead design, evolution, and governance of UI and API automation frameworks.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams on quality expectations and mentor QA engineers to improve technical depth and execution quality.

Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
