Job Summary
We are building a new kind of provision where every child achieves genuine academic mastery, intelligent systems surface gaps in real time, and afternoons build courage, communication and entrepreneurial thinking.
You will design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways, use live data to identify and close gaps quickly, and deliver short, sharp, high-impact workshops in the morning academic block.
Afternoons translate knowledge into action through projects, public speaking, leadership, and entrepreneurship, where you will lead structured, high-energy life-skills workshops and coach every child to speak with clarity and confidence.
