The PMO & Master Planning Specialist is responsible for governance, integration, and performance of the site engineering and facilities project portfolio, providing strategic oversight of capital planning, project prioritisation, initiation and execution.
Leads the development, governance, and ongoing maintenance of the Site Master Plan, integrating site requirements into a rolling multi-year strategic capital plan aligned with business growth, capacity, and compliance needs.
Facilitates site resource loading and capacity analysis to balance project demand against available engineering and site resources, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership on sequencing, trade-offs, and constraints.
