Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years Quality or Manufacturing experience
  • CAPA, FMEA, and risk management skills
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and GMPs
  • Experience with continuous improvement plans

Nice-to-have

  • LEAN Six Sigma Blue belt or higher
  • Strong leadership and initiative
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Supplier quality management experience
  • Design controls and validation expertise

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
