Key Requirements
High School diploma/GED or higher
Three (3) years of manufacturing and/or production experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Previous experience in supervision of direct hourly reports
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
Demonstrated success working in a cross functional team environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship
