The Team Lead will organize and lead day-by-hour production work activities to safely manufacture products within cost constraints and on-time schedules.
This role requires implementing Relentless Continuous Improvement (RCI) techniques including A3, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis at Tier I and II meetings.
Candidates must demonstrate superior technical skills, delegate work effectively, and support employee relations while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
