Acting as the main point of contact for all legal aspects of Invesco’s APAC ETF businesses, including local ETFs and cross-listings.
Advising on ETF structuring and launch in compliance with local and international legal frameworks.

Key Requirements
8+ years of post-qualification experience
Strong ETF/funds/asset management background
Direct experience engaging with regulators and exchanges in APAC markets
Qualified to practise law in one or more jurisdictions
