  • Three (3) years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Competency in at least two (2) crafts
  • Ability to read and interpret prints/schematics
  • Proficient in CMMS use
  • Current EPA 608 Type I/II certification
  • ASHE Health Care Physical Environment Worker (PEW) or Health Care Construction (HCC) certificate
  • Lockout/tagout (LOTO) qualification
