Job Summary

  • Handling of incoming orders for CNC, Lazer, Robot, and Robomachine spare parts from customer, preparing quotations and following up.
  • Managing the spare parts telephone and e-mail support for customers, shipment tracking, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
  • Visiting customers for increasing spare part sales and coordinating with head office for export control processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales
  • Experience with an ERP Software (JDE, SAP) is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and eager to work
  • Team player with an organized working style
  • Experience with Import & Export custom procedures is preferred
