Job Summary

  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing planning/scheduling activities related to Building projects.
  • You will review and approve the Contractors’ Baseline schedule of works in accordance with contract conditions and Parsons Recommended Practices.
  • You will manage a team of one or more planning engineers, providing technical and leadership skills.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
  • Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in Building projects
  • Previous experience in Planning & Scheduling
  • Previous experience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Previous experience in Extension of Time Claims
  • Extensive experience with design processes
  • Extensive experience with construction methodologies
  • Extensive experience in developing and integrated reporting system using Power BI
