The program offers hands-on training and mentorship over 12 weeks and is suited for those with experience in healthcare, particularly in home health or hospice.

Job Summary
The CCO-in-Training (CCIT) Program is a 12-week, full time paid executive training program designed to prepare outstanding leaders for an opportunity to lead and manage clinical services and teams in a home health, hospice, or home care setting.
Successful CCIT graduates may advance to lead one of our thriving agencies or future agencies, with continued mentorship and operational support from experienced clinical partners.
As a CCIT, you will gain hands-on practical experience in high quality clinical care services, agency operations, administrative support, and people leadership skills to equip you to take on a more strategic and elevated Director of Clinical Services position (or equivalent).
