Must-have
5-8 years cybersecurity experience
Virtual CISO leadership for mid-market clients
NIST CSF and ISO framework assessments
Security roadmap development and execution
Client relationship management in professional services

Cloud architecture understanding AWS or Azure
Data visualization with Power BI or Tableau
Experience with SIEM, EDR, and GRC tools
Strong interpersonal skills in fast-paced environment
Self-directed learning of emerging security concepts
Key Requirements
